Requirements
- A bachelorâs degree in a relevant discipline and a portfolio demonstrating research, design decisions, and outcomes are required, along with typically 3â6 years of UX/UI experience. Candidates should have strong Figma and design-system skills, experience with user research, usability testing, agile/SAFe delivery, and clear communication; complex or mission-critical systems experience and SAFe certification are desirable.
