Requirements
- Candidates should have 3â5 years of UX or digital product design experience, a strong portfolio, and a bachelorâs degree in UX design, design, HCI, psychology, or a related field. They should bring strong UX and research skills, advanced Figma experience, accessibility and WCAG knowledge, familiarity with front-end technologies and agile development, strong communication and analytical abilities, and fluency in Norwegian and English.
