Senior Product Designer (w/m/d/x) – mit Deutschkenntnissen (C1)

You will be responsible for the end-to-end design of complex B2B SaaS workflows, ensuring intuitive and consistent user experiences. This includes validating user needs, creating high-fidelity mockups, and maintaining the design system while collaborating closely with engineering.
Responsibilities
- Design end‑to‑end B2B SaaS workflows with a focus on usability and consistency
- Conduct continuous user validation through interviews, usability tests and prototypes
- Create complex user flows, wireframes and scalable information architecture for data‑intensive interfaces
- Develop high‑fidelity mockups, prototypes and evolve the design system for consistency
- Leverage AI tools such as Figma Make and Claude to accelerate UX creation
- Deepen domain knowledge in insurance and contribute to internal knowledge bases
- Deliver precise specifications to engineering and advocate for the user perspective
- Collaborate closely with cross‑functional teams and maintain strong communication
Requirements
- At least 3 years of professional e‑commerce design experience
- Strong portfolio demonstrating conversion‑focused work
- Proficiency in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite
- Daily practical experience with AI design tools
- Fluency in German (minimum C1) and English
