Lead the design team and oversee concept development, space planning, visualization, and the review and approval of shop and construction drawings. Coordinate design work with site engineers, manage materials and deliverables, and present proposals to clients while ensuring designs are feasible, cost-aware, and aligned with site conditions.

Requirements
- Degree in Interior Design, Architecture or related field
- Proven experience as Design Manager or Senior Designer in a design and fit‑out company
- Strong knowledge of finishing works, materials and execution details
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, 3ds Max or SketchUp and rendering tools
- Leadership, communication, organizational and presentation skills
