Lead architectural design delivery across project stages, from concept through detailed design, IFC documentation, tendering, and construction support. Coordinate consultants and multidisciplinary teams, ensure regulatory compliance and design quality, and balance design intent with cost, schedule, and development objectives.

Requirements
- 12+ years of architectural design management experience
- Experience on largeāscale developments, preferably with developers or international consultancies
- Strong knowledge of Saudi regulations and BIM workflows
- Proficiency with design software and commercial considerations
- Excellent English communication and stakeholder leadership skills
- MiddleāEast and Saudi Arabia project experience preferred
