Build and maintain a scalable, self-service template ecosystem across Canva Enterprise, Smartly, and related tools, with brand guardrails, permissions, and reusable templates. Integrate tools and automated workflows, train and support non-designers, and monitor template usage and quality in partnership with the Brand team.
Responsibilities
- Build and maintain a scalable, selfâservice template ecosystem across Canva Enterprise, Smartly and related tools
- Define brand guardrails, permissions and reusable template structures
- Integrate tools and automate workflows for template creation
- Train and support nonâdesigners in using the template system
- Monitor template usage and quality in partnership with the Brand team
Requirements
- Strong design background with experience building reusable template systems
- Experience with brand components, governance and permissions for nonâdesigners
- Understanding of automation and dataâfed templates
- Ability to document processes and communicate clearly
- Experience supporting nonâtechnical users
