Requirements
- Requires a bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline, a portfolio, typically 8+ years of UX/UI experience, and 2â3 years leading designers or UX on a multi-team project. Candidates should have expert Figma skills, experience with design systems, user research, usability testing, requirements traceability, agile/SAFe delivery, and fixed-scope project delivery; complex or mission-critical systems experience is desirable.
