- Own and evolve a scalable design system for digital tax products, including Figma components, token and variable architecture, documentation, and accessibility standards. Partner with engineering, product design, visual design, and product teams to ensure consistent implementation, gather feedback, and guide system governance and improvements.
Requirements
- Candidates should have 5â8 years of product or UX design experience, including meaningful ownership or contribution to an enterprise design system used across multiple products. They should demonstrate deep Figma expertise, a portfolio showing design system work, knowledge of accessibility and how systems translate into code, and familiarity with AI tools for design or research; financial, enterprise, or B2B experience is a plus.
