Senior Graphic Designer

Create compelling graphic design work that brings the School’s brand to life across print, digital, motion, and physical environments. Support enrolment growth, community engagement, and the School’s reputation while reflecting its vision, voice, and values.

Responsibilities

• Create and execute branding and visual assets for the school across print, digital, motion and physical spaces
• Support enrolment campaigns, community engagement initiatives and the school’s reputation
• Maintain visual consistency with the IGS brand voice and values
• Collaborate with teachers, administrators and external vendors
• Manage multiple design projects and deadlines
• Produce photography, video and motion content as needed
• Ensure all work complies with child‑safe policies and the school’s code of conduct

Requirements

• Tertiary qualification in visual communication or design
• At least five years of senior graphic design experience
• Advanced skills in Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere, After Effects)
• Proficiency with Figma
• Strong photography and video production capabilities
• Excellent portfolio demonstrating senior‑level work
• Ability to manage competing priorities
• Effective collaboration with colleagues
• Current Working with Children clearance and Australian work rights
