Collaborate with product managers, designers, engineers, and other stakeholders to turn user needs and business goals into user flows, journey maps, wireframes, prototypes, and mock-ups. Maintain consistent design systems across customer touchpoints, identify and resolve UX issues, support UAT, and apply research and industry insights to improve customer experiences.

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with product managers, designers, engineers, and other stakeholders to turn user needs and business goals into user flows, journey maps, wireframes, prototypes, and mock-ups. Maintain consistent design systems across customer touchpoints, identify and resolve UX issues, support UAT, and apply research and industry insights to improve customer experiences.

Requirements

  • Requires 5+ years of UI/UX design experience for web, mobile, or software, expert proficiency with Figma and Adobe Creative Suite, and strong UX, responsive design, grid layout, and accessibility foundations. Candidates should have experience with user research, usability testing, and discovery workshops, basic knowledge of financial services and front-end technologies such as HTML and CSS, and experience using AI tools to improve design workflows and research.
