Senior Product Designer (AI Enabled): Building Digital Climate Platforms

Lead end-to-end design of digital climate products, from framing problems through prototyping, validation, and delivery, using Figma and AI-assisted tools. Translate complex climate and data challenges into accessible interfaces, collaborate with engineers and partners, and help evolve the design system.
Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end design of digital climate products, from framing problems through prototyping, validation, and delivery, using Figma and AI-assisted tools. Translate complex climate and data challenges into accessible interfaces, collaborate with engineers and partners, and help evolve the design system.
Requirements
- Requires at least five years of product or UX design experience, a record of owning and shipping digital products, and a portfolio that includes an AI-built or AI-prototyped example. Candidates should be versatile, comfortable in fast-moving teams, communicate clearly in English, and collaborate effectively; design systems, climate-related experience, data-heavy products, and HTML/CSS familiarity are valued.
