Product Designer and Researcher

Plan and conduct qualitative and quantitative research, translate findings into product and design recommendations, and create interactions, wireframes, and prototypes for complex workflows. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to evaluate and refine experiences, facilitate stakeholder alignment, uphold accessibility and design standards, and mentor designers and researchers.
Requirements
- Requires 10 or more years of experience designing, researching, or improving digital product experiences, plus at least two years leading design or research workstreams or practitioners. Candidates must demonstrate research and UX design deliverables, experience with research methods and design tools, and willingness to travel an average of 10%; a relevant bachelor's degree and experience with analytics, design systems, research operations, or Agile teams are preferred.
