Lead and coordinate design teams to deliver high-quality engineering designs and construction documentation on schedule, while managing project delivery, budgets, profitability, and competing priorities. Develop buildable, cost-effective solutions; maintain client and stakeholder relationships; mentor team members; oversee construction planning and tender documentation; and improve processes while ensuring safety, environmental, and quality compliance.
Responsibilities
- Lead and coordinate design teams to deliver high-quality engineering designs and construction documentation on schedule, while managing project delivery, budgets, profitability, and competing priorities. Develop buildable, cost-effective solutions; maintain client and stakeholder relationships; mentor team members; oversee construction planning and tender documentation; and improve processes while ensuring safety, environmental, and quality compliance.
Requirements
- Requires a degree in Civil, Structural, Electrical, or Mechanical Engineering, or equivalent experience, and at least 10 years of relevant design, engineering, or client-focused project delivery experience. Candidates should have experience leading design teams and complex projects, strong construction and commercial knowledge, excellent leadership and communication skills, proficiency with Microsoft Office and MS Project or Primavera, and a current C-Class WA driver's licence.
