Senior Product Designer (AI Enabled): Building Digital Climate Platforms

Lead end-to-end design of digital climate products, from problem framing and prototyping through validation and delivery, using AI-assisted tools to explore and test ideas quickly. Translate complex climate and data challenges into accessible interfaces, evolve the design system, and collaborate with developers, product teams, and external partners.
Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end design of digital climate products, from problem framing and prototyping through validation and delivery, using AI-assisted tools to explore and test ideas quickly. Translate complex climate and data challenges into accessible interfaces, evolve the design system, and collaborate with developers, product teams, and external partners.
Requirements
- Requires at least five years of product or UX design experience, a portfolio demonstrating ownership and shipped outcomes, and an example of an AI-built or AI-prototyped product. Candidates should be versatile, comfortable in fast-moving teams, and able to communicate and collaborate in English; design systems, climate-related experience, data-heavy products, and frontend familiarity are valued.
