Plan and conduct qualitative and quantitative research across the player journey, analyze behavioral data, and assess competitors to identify user needs and product opportunities. Translate findings into actionable product recommendations, wireframes, personas, and journey maps, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to communicate and embed user-centered practices.
Responsibilities

Requirements
- Requires at least two years of hands-on UX research experience, demonstrated research-to-product impact, proficiency with Figma and/or Visily, and experience conducting interviews, usability tests, and surveys. Candidates should be comfortable with analytics tools, synthesizing qualitative and quantitative data, communicating findings, using AI tools to support research, and working fluently in English.
