Manage multidisciplinary design delivery from tender and pre-construction through development, construction, commissioning, and handover, coordinating internal teams, consultants, suppliers, and subcontractors. Requirements
- Requires substantial experience managing multidisciplinary design delivery and broad M&E knowledge, with the ability to review and challenge specialist outputs; data centre or comparable critical-environment experience is preferred. A relevant engineering, building services, or construction management qualification is required, alongside strong governance, programme, information, coordination, assurance, leadership, and communication skills; chartered status is desirable.
