Plan and conduct qualitative and quantitative research, analyze player behavior, and assess competitors to identify user needs, friction points, and product opportunities. Translate findings into actionable product recommendations, prototypes, personas, and journey maps while collaborating with cross-functional teams and communicating insights to stakeholders.
Responsibilities

Requirements
- Requires at least two years of hands-on UX research experience, demonstrated research-to-product impact, and proficiency with Figma and/or Visily. Candidates should have experience with interviews, usability testing, surveys, behavioral analytics tools, and AI-assisted research, along with strong analytical and communication skills and English fluency.
