Requirements
- Requires a bachelor's degree in civil or structural engineering recognized by Singapore's Professional Engineers Board or accepted for Resident Engineer registration, plus at least 10 years of relevant civil engineering experience. Candidates need experience coordinating Singapore road and vehicular-structure designs and authority approvals; PE registration, LTA project experience, BIM familiarity, and English proficiency are specified, with Mandarin an advantage.
