Requirements
- Candidates should have a clear design vision connected to business and growth strategy, hands-on design and prototyping experience, and a record of measurable impact in digital product-led growth. They should be fluent in Figma and AI design tools, engineering-literate, familiar with CMS tools such as Klaviyo and Google Analytics, and comfortable using data and experimentation to guide decisions.
