Requirements
- Requires 6 or more years of experience in Product Design, UX, or Learning Experience Design, with a track record designing complex digital products and strong skills in discovery, journey mapping, rapid prototyping, and Figma. Candidates should be comfortable with ambiguity and early-stage hypothesis testing, and balance innovation with operational and technical feasibility; experience with gamification, youth-focused products, GenAI, or startup product development is an advantage.
