Own end-to-end customer experiences, from discovery and concept development through validation, implementation, and post-launch evaluation, using research, analytics, and experimentation to guide decisions. Responsibilities
- Own end-to-end customer experiences, from discovery and concept development through validation, implementation, and post-launch evaluation, using research, analytics, and experimentation to guide decisions. Requirements
- Requires at least five years of product design experience and a strong portfolio demonstrating complex work, design rationale, and measurable outcomes. Candidates should bring strong product thinking, research and analytical skills, experience owning complex customer journeys, advanced proficiency with AI tools, and the ability to collaborate and influence cross-functional decisions.
