Requirements
- Candidates should have a few years of design experience, including at least a couple of years working on digital products, and strong visual craft. They should be collaborative, open to feedback, interested in end-to-end product design and mobile experiences, and motivated to measure member impact; native mobile experience is preferred but not essential.
