Requirements
- Candidates must hold a bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Architecture, Engineering, or Construction Management and possess a valid CSCS card. Essential requirements include thorough knowledge of construction legislation, CDM 2015 regulations, and experience in managing design teams and consultant interfaces.
