Manage the design process from design development through construction, coordinating external consultants across disciplines and aligning design programmes with construction milestones. Resolve design, buildability, and coordination issues while working with project managers, site teams, building services, and digital engineering teams to ensure timely delivery of information to site.

Resolve design, buildability, and coordination issues while working with project managers, site teams, building services, and digital engineering teams to ensure timely delivery of information to site.
Requirements
- Candidates should have design management experience on large, complex building projects and a strong understanding of design coordination and the construction process. Experience with a Tier 1 or Tier 2 head contractor is preferred, though relevant experience in building services, structural engineering, or an architectural consultancy is also considered; a qualification in construction management, engineering, architecture, or a similar field is sought.
