Own end-to-end design for verification experiences, including drug and occupational health testing, simplifying complex workflows across candidate, employer, and operational products. Partner with product, engineering, and cross-functional teams to research, prototype, deliver, and refine accessible, trustworthy solutions while contributing to design systems and team alignment.
Responsibilities
- Own design for verification product areas from discovery to launch
- Simplify complex verification workflows into clear, userâfriendly experiences
- Use AIâassisted tools to prototype and iterate rapidly
- Design for trust, transparency and error prevention in regulated domains
- Translate research and data insights into design solutions
- Create interaction and visual designs for responsive web and platform surfaces
- Produce clear specifications and assets for engineering handoff
- Facilitate workshops, design reviews and crossâfunctional alignment
- Contribute to design systems and standards
Requirements
- 5â8+ years of product design experience
- Portfolio demonstrating endâtoâend design and visual polish
- Experience designing complex B2B/B2B2C workflows
- Ability to simplify complex processes and ensure accessibility
- Strong communication and storytelling skills
- Comfort conducting lightweight research and usability testing
