Senior Graphic Designer

Lead the concept, design, and production of property marketing materials for leasing and capital markets, including branding, brochures, presentations, digital campaigns, and visual data elements. Manage multiple projects independently, collaborate with brokers and internal partners, present creative concepts, and ensure accurate, high-quality work that meets brand standards and deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Lead the concept, design, and production of property marketing materials for leasing and capital markets, including branding, brochures, presentations, digital campaigns, and visual data elements. Manage multiple projects independently, collaborate with brokers and internal partners, present creative concepts, and ensure accurate, high-quality work that meets brand standards and deadlines.

Requirements

• A bachelor's degree in graphic design, visual communications, or a related field is preferred, along with at least five years of professional graphic design experience. Candidates should have advanced Adobe Creative Suite skills, strong PowerPoint proficiency, a diverse portfolio, and the ability to manage multiple deadlines, communicate effectively, and deliver high-quality work independently.
