Lead UX Designer (H/F)
Ux-republic đ±đș Differdange, Canton Esch-sur-Alzette, Luxembourg
Define UX strategy and lead user research, complex journey design, information architecture, persona development, workshops, and user testing for client projects. Collaborate with project leadership, UI designers, and technical teams, while mentoring junior UX designers and strengthening the design community.
Responsibilities
- Define global UX strategy and align research hypotheses with business goals
- Design and lead user research protocols (interviews, ethnography, archetypes) to extract strategic insights
- Model complex user journeys, information architecture, and personas using quantitative and qualitative data
- Facilitate coâcreation and Design Thinking workshops with stakeholders
- Supervise qualitative and quantitative user testing, analyze results, and drive iterative improvements
- Collaborate closely with project managers, UI designers, and development teams to ensure technical feasibility and coherent experience
- Mentor junior UX designers, share best practices, and foster community growth
Requirements
- 6â8 years of UX design experience, including senior or lead roles in an agency or consultancy
- Proven ability to lead largeâscale projects and master Design Thinking methodologies
- Excellent communication skills for engaging Câlevel stakeholders
