Design and prototype accessible interfaces in Figma for a complex internal banking application, while extending an existing design system and explaining design decisions. Collaborate with product, business, and engineering teams in Agile Scrum, and review developed screens for consistency with approved designs.
Responsibilities
- Understand complex banking data and internal processes through documentation and stakeholder interviews
- Create UX/UI mockups and prototypes in Figma within existing design frameworks
- Produce accessible interfaces meeting WCAG standards and ensure product homogeneity
- Expand and enrich the existing design system
- Propose multiple UX/UI solutions when needed and justify decisions
- Participate actively in Agile rituals (daily, sprint planning, grooming, reviews)
- Conduct screen reviews to verify conformity with Figma designs
Requirements
- 5â8+ years of UX/UI design experience on complex web applications
- Strong ability to grasp complex functional scopes quickly
- Excellent communication with technical (developers, Tech Lead) and functional (BA, PO, PM) stakeholders
- High autonomy, critical thinking, and attention to detail
- Ability to argue design choices pedagogically and accept feedback
