Requirements
- Requires a bachelor's degree in graphic design, visual communication, marketing, or a related field, or equivalent education and experience, plus five years of relevant performance-focused design experience. Applicants must provide a portfolio showing performance-driven work and have expert proficiency in Figma, Adobe Photoshop, and Adobe Illustrator, along with working knowledge of paid social formats and A/B testing.
