Responsibilities
- Design and refine polished, intuitive experiences for complex care members and providers, improving usability and visual quality across key care journeys. Collaborate with product, engineering, and data science teams to validate solutions, deliver measurable outcomes, and evolve the design system.
Requirements
- Candidates need at least five years of digital product design experience, a portfolio demonstrating strong visual craft, and experience shipping high-quality products with product and engineering partners. They should be proficient with Figma and prototyping, contribute to design systems, communicate design rationale clearly, and use data and feedback while maintaining strong design judgment.
