Responsibilities
- Design and ship polished, intuitive experiences for complex care members and providers, collaborating with Product, Engineering, and Data Science to solve user problems and deliver measurable business outcomes. Improve product quality through iteration, contribute to the design system, and communicate design decisions through clear artifacts and presentations.
Requirements
- Applicants need at least five years of digital product design experience, a portfolio demonstrating strong visual design and attention to detail, and experience collaborating with Product Management and Engineering. They should be proficient with Figma and prototyping, contribute to design systems, use data and feedback thoughtfully, and deliver high-quality work in an iterative environment.
