Graphic Designer - Social Media and Digital Content

Create on-brand visual assets for social media, digital platforms, marketing campaigns, print materials, and events. Support campaign development and production, including photography and video content, motion graphics, print preparation, and light copy editing.

Responsibilities

• Design digital and print assets including brochures, signage, banners, packaging, and merchandise
• Create on‑brand visuals for social media, website, and digital advertising
• Develop short animations, GIFs, or motion graphics for web and social channels
• Capture and edit photo/video content featuring students, faculty, and staff
• Prepare print‑ready files and oversee production process
• Collaborate on campaign concepts, taglines, and visual direction
• Edit visuals for email campaigns using Mailchimp, Brevo, or Constant Contact
• Perform light copy editing and proofreading for headlines and captions
• Maintain brand consistency across all media

Requirements

• 3+ years of graphic design experience in marketing or related field
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign; Premiere Pro and After Effects a plus)
• Strong layout, typography, color theory, and visual storytelling skills
• Experience creating social‑media graphics for multiple platforms
• Ability to capture and edit photo/video content for storytelling
• Familiarity with photography, lighting, and videography
• Strong communication and project‑management abilities
