Responsibilities
- Own end-to-end design across the web and mobile platform, translating complex workflows into intuitive interfaces and building a scalable component-based design system in Figma. Partner with product and engineering to research, ship, and iterate quickly, while helping shape design culture and mentoring designers.
Requirements
- Candidates should have at least 8 years of experience designing complex SaaS products end-to-end, strong Figma and scalable design-system expertise, and excellent UX, interaction, and visual design skills. The role also calls for comfort with HTML, CSS, and JavaScript, a strong work ethic, high agency, and pragmatic decision-making; fintech, accounting, or enterprise SaaS experience is a bonus.
