Design Manager - Renewable Energy

Manage the design process and coordinate design teams, consultants, subcontractors, owners, and vendors to deliver renewable energy projects that meet quality, cost, scope, and schedule goals. Lead design development, pursuits, contracting, budget tracking, issue resolution, continuous improvement, and coordination with field teams through construction and commissioning.

Lead design development, pursuits, contracting, budget tracking, issue resolution, continuous improvement, and coordination with field teams through construction and commissioning.
Requirements
- A bachelorâs degree in Construction Management or a related Engineering field and at least five years of project or design management experience are required. Candidates should have strong facilitation and process-management abilities, be able to guide design teams toward positive project outcomes, and have good computer skills; hands-on field experience and photovoltaic systems experience are preferred.
