Lead and develop a team of Optical Design Engineers responsible for designing, planning, and implementing DWDM network services and capacity projects. Manage project priorities, deadlines, customer commitments, technical escalations, engineering standards, and coordination with internal teams and field operations.

- Lead and develop a team of Optical Design Engineers responsible for designing, planning, and implementing DWDM network services and capacity projects. Manage project priorities, deadlines, customer commitments, technical escalations, engineering standards, and coordination with internal teams and field operations.
Requirements
- Requires a bachelorâs degree in a technical discipline or equivalent education, training, or experience, at least seven years of telecommunications or data networking experience, and at least two years of telecommunications project management or lead engineering experience. Candidates should have working knowledge of optical systems, DWDM signal flow and fixed or flex grid ROADM designs, strong communication and problem-solving skills, and familiarity with relevant optical equipment and project or inventory systems.
