- Lead multidisciplinary engineering and drafting teams to deliver fit-for-purpose design outputs that meet project requirements, standards, budgets, and schedules. Oversee design reviews, vendor documentation, field engineering, stakeholder communication, team development, and business development activities.
Requirements
- Requires at least 15 years of postgraduate experience in mineral processing or metallurgical plant design, with a focus on mechanical equipment in mining, and an engineering qualification or equivalent with a P.Eng designation in Ontario. Candidates should bring global project leadership, strong technical and analytical judgment, team mentoring and change-management capabilities, and a record of delivering high-quality work within budget and schedule constraints.
