Senior Product Designer, Complex Care

The Senior Product Designer will elevate the quality and clarity of complex care member and provider experiences by designing intuitive, high-quality product solutions. They will collaborate with cross-functional teams including Product, Engineering, and Data Science to drive measurable business outcomes and improve user engagement.

Responsibilities

• Design elegant, intuitive and high‑quality product experiences for complex care member and provider journeys
• Bring a strong visual point of view to improve look, feel and usability of products
• Partner with product, engineering and data science to identify user problems and translate them into clear solutions
• Rapidly deliver polished, production‑ready designs while balancing craft and speed
• Validate concepts with stakeholders and ensure solutions drive measurable impact
• Iterate and refine shipped experiences to maintain high design quality
• Evolve and maintain the design system for consistency and scalability
• Communicate design decisions through high‑quality artifacts and presentations
• Apply empathy, curiosity and strong design instincts to create simple, thoughtful experiences

Requirements

• At least 5 years of experience designing digital products
• Strong portfolio demonstrating visual design, attention to detail and refined design sensibility
• Experience working cross‑functionally with Product Management and Engineering
• Excellent communication and ability to articulate design decisions
• Ability to move fast in an iterative, product‑driven environment
• High bar for visual, interaction and overall user experience
• Comfort using data and feedback to inform decisions
• Experience contributing to design systems
• Expertise with Figma and prototyping tools
• Experience working with AI tools in the design process
