UX Designer
Vitens Solutions Remote (🇳🇱 Arnhem, Gelderland, Netherlands)
Improve online self-service journeys by using customer data, feedback, and research to identify problems, design solutions, and test their effectiveness. Collaborate with channel specialists, content experts, analysts, and developers to implement accessible designs and contribute to the UX design system.
Responsibilities
- Translate customer needs, insights and requirements into user flows, screens and prototypes for online self‑service processes
- Collaborate with channel managers and external development teams to implement and test UX designs
- Maintain accessibility standards for diverse user groups
- Analyze user experience data and propose UX improvements
- Plan and conduct user research, testing and digital experiments
- Contribute to the creation and maintenance of a UX design system
Requirements
- HBO (higher professional education) level or equivalent
- Several years of experience as a UX or Interaction Designer
- Proficiency with design and prototyping tools (e.g., Figma)
- Experience with digital behavior analysis tools (e.g., Hotjar)
- Knowledge of digital accessibility and WCAG standards
- Ability to work in multidisciplinary Scrum teams
- Strong communication and data‑driven design skills
