Lead creative direction and execution for property marketing, business development, brand, and presentation projects across print and digital channels. Manage project workflows and assets, ensure brand compliance and production quality, and collaborate with regional leadership and stakeholders to deliver compelling visual solutions.

Requirements

• A bachelor's degree in graphic design, marketing, or a related field is preferred, along with 5–7 years of progressive design experience across multiple markets. Candidates must have experience in commercial real estate, B2B services, or professional services, advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and Microsoft Office, and strong visual storytelling, leadership, collaboration, and organizational skills.
