Lead end-to-end design for AI-driven products for small businesses, from customer research and product direction through prototyping, launch, and ongoing improvement. Partner with Product, Engineering, and Operations to build and ship useful experiences, establish reusable design foundations, and determine when AI should assist, recommend, or act.
Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end design for AI-driven products for small businesses, from customer research and product direction through prototyping, launch, and ongoing improvement. Partner with Product, Engineering, and Operations to build and ship useful experiences, establish reusable design foundations, and determine when AI should assist, recommend, or act.
Requirements
- Requires 7+ years of design experience, experience building day-to-day business tools, active use of LLMs such as Claude or ChatGPT, and a track record of launching and scaling 0-to-1 products. Candidates should have experience building AI products, strong product judgment and systems thinking, and the ability to work independently amid ambiguity.
