Design Engineering - Launch Engineer

Assess manufacturability and process readiness at build stations across virtual, prototype, and pre-production phases, and define and control launch deliverables such as process flows, tooling readiness, build documentation, and acceptance standards. Manage manufacturing and assembly issues through containment, root cause analysis, corrective action validation, and traceable closure before series handover.

Requirements

• The role seeks experience in manufacturing, launch, or production engineering, with strong knowledge of assembly processes, tooling systems, and build sequencing. Candidates should demonstrate ownership of manufacturability assessments and issue resolution; automotive or low-volume vehicle experience, prototype and pre-production exposure, and familiarity with structured problem-solving are preferred.
