Senior Product Designer - Growth/Website | Deel

Own conversion-focused design for Deel’s website and landing pages, identifying opportunities and taking experiments from hypothesis and prototyping through A/B testing, launch, and iteration. Collaborate with growth, marketing, sales, product, engineering, and analytics teams to create on-brand pages that communicate customer value and support product launches.

Responsibilities

• Own conversion on the website and landing pages from research to shipped design
• Identify opportunities, write problem statements and success metrics
• Design, prototype and launch A/B tests quickly
• Maintain on‑brand visual quality and consistency with the design system
• Collaborate with growth, performance marketing, sales, PMs, engineers and data analysts
• Use storytelling and visual hierarchy to communicate new products and offers
• Plan and ship experiments with cross‑functional partners
• Provide thoughtful feedback to other designers and raise the bar for craft

Requirements

• 8+ years of product design experience with end‑to‑end web design ownership
• Hands‑on experience with conversion rate optimisation, A/B testing and experimentation
• Strong visual and UI craft with a polished portfolio of converting landing pages
• Ability to define hypotheses, design experiments and interpret statistical significance
• Comfort with analytics tools such as Amplitude or Google Analytics
• Experience building and maintaining a design system for a marketing site
• Excellent storytelling and visual hierarchy skills
• Growth mindset and data‑driven decision making
