Lead end-to-end design for Omnigentâs desktop and mobile agent-session experiences, including orchestration, monitoring, approvals, intervention, and recovery workflows. Establish reusable interaction principles and design systems, prototype ambiguous problems, contribute design changes directly in code, and partner with product and engineering to ship trustworthy agent experiences.

- Lead end-to-end design for Omnigentâs desktop and mobile agent-session experiences, including orchestration, monitoring, approvals, intervention, and recovery workflows. Establish reusable interaction principles and design systems, prototype ambiguous problems, contribute design changes directly in code, and partner with product and engineering to ship trustworthy agent experiences.
Requirements
- Candidates should bring staff-level experience leading design direction for complex, high-quality developer products, with strong interaction, visual, and design-systems craft. They should be comfortable with ambiguity, use AI tools and prototypes in their workflow, make scoped changes in code, and collaborate closely with product and engineering; experience with coding tools, IDEs, agent frameworks, or governance and observability tools is a plus.
