Requirements
- Requires a bachelorâs or masterâs degree in Industrial Design, Product Design, Engineering, or a related field, plus at least five years of product design and development experience, preferably in R&D. Candidates should be proficient in CAD software and understand materials, manufacturing processes, and engineering principles, with strong creative, problem-solving, communication, and teamwork skills.
