Lead and integrate multidisciplinary design delivery on complex UK rail projects, coordinating engineering activities, deliverables, interfaces, assurance, risks, changes, and design reviews. Serve as a key client and delivery-partner contact, support bids and work-winning, and mentor colleagues to strengthen rail design management capability.
Requirements
- Candidates should have strong experience leading multidisciplinary rail design across feasibility, scheme, and detailed design, with accountability for quality, programme, and commercial outcomes. They should have CEM, CEM-D, or equivalent experience; knowledge of Network Rail assurance processes and relevant safety and design practices; a relevant engineering qualification and Chartered Engineer status; and strong leadership and stakeholder skills.
