Generate and develop innovative packaging product concepts, create design specifications and prototypes, and test and refine designs using customer feedback and performance data. Manage multiple projects through the stage-gate process, collaborating with cross-functional teams while maintaining project documentation and meeting timelines and budget constraints.

Requirements
- Requires a bachelorâs or masterâs degree in Industrial Design, Product Design, Engineering, or a related field, plus at least five years of product design and development experience, preferably in R&D. Candidates should be proficient in CAD software and understand materials, manufacturing processes, and engineering principles; strong creative, problem-solving, communication, and teamwork skills are also required.
