Requirements
- Candidates should have at least six years of UX design experience, a strong portfolio showing end-to-end product work and measurable business impact, and experience collaborating with product and engineering teams. They should demonstrate strong UX and visual design fundamentals, the ability to simplify complex workflows and navigate ambiguity, and openness to AI-assisted design tools; professional German proficiency is a plus.
