Develop key visuals for digital advertising and in-app formats, and design branded merchandise, uniforms, and campaign identities. Contribute to creative concepts from research through final production while maintaining and developing the brand’s visual language and consistency.
Responsibilities
- Develop key visual concepts for digital advertising and in‑app formats
- Design and produce merchandise, promotional items, and branded uniforms
- Create situational brand identities, including logos, guidelines, and style elements
- Utilize neural‑network tools to generate and refine visual content
- Participate in concept development from reference gathering to final execution
- Maintain and evolve the brand's visual language, ensuring consistency across all communications
Requirements
- Advanced proficiency with Figma, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, and AI tools
- Deep understanding of design fundamentals: composition, color theory, typography
- Experience in branding and corporate identity development
- Proven ability to design layouts for print, digital, and social media platforms
- Strong knowledge of target audience needs and ability to adapt visuals accordingly
- Excellent ability to interpret briefs, extract core ideas, and propose solutions aligned with brand guidelines
- Highly developed visual sensibility and clean, modern design style
- Experience with AI image generation tools (Midjourney, Nano Banana, ChatGPT) is a plus
- Basic 3D graphics skills (Blender or Cinema 4D) are a plus
- Basic motion‑design skills (After Effects) are a plus
