Product Designer

Own the admin and end-user product experiences across web and mobile, defining new interaction patterns for human and agent identities. Build and maintain the design system, take features from problem framing through production, and collaborate with product and engineering to ship designs.

Responsibilities

• Own design of both admin and end‑user experiences across web and mobile
• Define interaction patterns for agentic behavior in the product
• Build and maintain NewCore’s design system as the product scales
• Take features from problem framing through flows, prototypes and production
• Collaborate directly with product and engineering to ship designs
• Create high‑fidelity prototypes in Figma and hand‑off to engineers
• Iterate based on user feedback and data

Requirements

• 6+ years of experience in B2B SaaS UX design, handling complex information architecture
• Exceptional visual design skills with strong typography, hierarchy and detail
• Expert proficiency in Figma and AI‑native design tools such as Claude Design
• Proven experience designing products with agentic functionality (autonomous agents, approval flows)
• Ability to invent new interaction patterns rather than adapt existing ones
• Full‑stack ownership from problem framing to production‑ready prototypes
• Nice to have: background in cybersecurity or identity products
