Develop innovative product concepts and designs informed by market research, customer feedback, and emerging trends, then create specifications and prototypes using CAD and other design tools. Manage projects through the stage-gate process, collaborate with engineering, marketing, and manufacturing teams, test and refine designs, and maintain project documentation.

Requirements
- A bachelorâs or masterâs degree in Industrial Design, Product Design, Engineering, or a related field is required, along with at least five years of product design and development experience, preferably in R&D. Candidates should be proficient in CAD software and understand materials, manufacturing processes, and engineering principles; strong problem-solving, creativity, attention to detail, communication, and teamwork are also required.
